Community Ready Corps Allies & Accomplices (CRCAA) is a committee called for, created, organized and led by Community Ready Corps (CRC). CRC is a Black self-determination organization that works to build capacity in 9 specific areas through their Black Solidarity Process and Plan of Action. 

CRCAA organizes white people to fight white supremacy and support Black self-determination in a direct and disciplined relationship with CRC. To achieve this objective, CRC has provided white people with a concrete framework in order to practice effective anti-racism in our daily lives: the 5 Methods to Divest of White Power & Weaponize White Privilege.

Since 2018, CRCAA has organized thousands of white people to practice the 5 Methods, in the Bay Area, nationally and internationally.
